No Refunds
All fees paid to EZ2Book for access to and use of our software platform are final and non-refundable.
This policy applies to all fees, including but not limited to monthly or annual subscription fees, per-fleet-item fees, and any platform transaction fees. By using our Service and agreeing to our Terms of Service, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy.
Service Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription to the EZ2Book Service at any time. Upon cancellation, you will not be charged for subsequent billing cycles. However, you will not receive a refund or credit for any amounts already paid for the current or any previous billing periods. Your access to the Service will continue until the end of your paid billing term.
Disputes Between Rental Companies and Their Customers
EZ2Book is a software provider and is not a party to any rental agreement or transaction between our Clients (Rental Companies) and their End-Users (renters).
EZ2Book is not responsible for, and will not mediate or process, any refunds for rental bookings. All refund requests, disputes, or cancellations related to a rental booking made through the platform must be handled directly between the Rental Company and the End-User according to the Rental Company's own policies.
